How To Not Gain “Rebound Weight” After Cutting Calories

Especially if you’re over 40…

In the latest issue of our Monthly WHC Magazine/newsletter, I share the rather disappointing story of a person I knew that went on a pretty serious weight journey...
... she had a wedding coming up in a year and wanted to lose about 80-100 pounds for it so that she would look as good as possible in her wedding dress.  I never knew her starting weight but I would guess it to be in the 320's or above.

She went all in on keto.

Went to a weight loss clinic and hired keto nutrition coach (that wasn't cheap either).

She followed things to a T and worked really hard at it. Although she fell short of her 80-100 pound weight loss goal before her wedding, she did end up losing about 60 pounds,

This averages to 5 pounds a month... which is okay.

Had she been working out, and building strength, muscle tone, and conditioning, doing a bit more "body recomp-ing" (aka - replacing fat with muscle)...

... that kind of weight loss on the scale wouldn't be bad at all.

But she wasn't working out.🥴

And actually hated the diet. Was rather miserable the whole time.

Didn't like giving up all her favorite foods.

Didn't like feeling deprived.

Because of this, pretty much the MINUTE she was married, she couldn't wait to be off of that keto train (Hello wedding dinner and cake!!)

You probably know where this is going, because you're pretty smart... needless to say, despite some good intentions to work keto back into her normal day to day...

... it didn't work and it wasn't long before she gained back all of those 60 pounds and then some.

(Keto isn't the "bad guy" in this story, and I don't have anything against it, just so you know. It just happened to be the "vehicle" she used to get to the final result she wanted.)

It's a sad tale that probably could have been avoided had she simply done this ONE THING whilst she was on her weight loss journey.

What is this ONE THING you might be wondering (and why we use it here at the Workout Hero Club)...
... well, you'll discover that for yourself in our latest issue of WHC Magazine/newsletter.

Which, to be honest with you, is probably the 3rd most valuable thing you'll get out of this issue. :)

I loved what our cover models, the Benzschawel family, had to say....  ... My Uncle, Aunt and their 2 kids, my cousins.

It's not everyday you come across an entire FAMILY being successful with their health & fitness... and in this issue, you get to discover why that is.

Enough of me blabbering about it, click on over here, download it for free, and see for yourself! (if you haven't yet) :)

May you enjoy it and it helps you out, my amazing Workout Hero...
