** I, Erick, have been in this world for about 20 years,
with 2 significant transformations under my belt,
and 13 of those years Personal Training in some form…
… so even though her advice here was for those just starting, I even got benefit for her answer! 🙂

** this was an answer that I was certainly NOT expecting from both of these girls.
- What don’t you like about this industry? Any misconceptions or false beliefs you think people might have that hold them back? (27:25)
