Are These 4 Pages Worth $1000?

There's a part of my chubby-hubby to hot-hubby (according to wifey :) ) transformational journey that a lot of people don't know about...

... right around the middle of it... at about the 7 month mark, I was ready to quit.

I was frustrated and stuck a weight loss plateau... adding insult to injury -- I wasn't getting stronger in the gym either.

It's one thing if I was at a weight loss plateau but was still going up in strength each month... but I wasn't. On the diet side, I was doing my own version of keto.

On the workout side, I was jumping from program to program every month -- either inventing my own or grabbing programs from fitness influencers.

I probably would have been okay doing this, but I was stubborn and went all gung-ho, "balls to the wall" working out like I used to do back in my previous prime...

... and so kept getting injured and hurt.

But I BIG TIME screwing things up on the nutrition side and keto just wasn't working for me.

It wasn't a good match at all with my workouts and my food preferences but since it was all super popular at the time, I stuck with it.

Right around the 7-8th month mark though, I came across Mike Matthews and his Bigger, Leaner, Stronger book.

He did a great job cutting through a lot of the B.S. and fluff and got right to the science and "straight-forwardness" of what it takes to transform your body - both workouts and nutrition.

This led to other fitness authors and gurus that were more science and evidence based and it really helped me out...

I knew a lot of that stuff already from my past of being a Personal Trainer and bodybuilding but kinda forgot a lot of it...

... something about how these gurus taught it "jogged my memory" and I realized the error of my ways and why I was stuck at a plateau for so long.

I started applying what they were teaching and combining that with the things I already knew...

and that would become the basis of what would be called the "Never Skip Dessert" Meal Plan.

However...

... I never quite felt like that name did my Meal Plan justice or true to what it was all about.

So that's why here on out, my Meal Plan has a spanking new exciting name!  Here on out it shall be known as the: L.I.Y.F.F. Meal Plan

... which stands for: Lovingly Includes Your Favorite Foods   Pretty cool name for a Meal Plan, isn't it?  :)

Over last weekend, I woke up real early Saturday morning with everyone else asleep and the house quiet , (one of the benefits of being an early bird :) )

so it was the perfect time to bust out a sort of "cheat-sheet" all about the essentials of it.

I have it condensed to 4 pages and had I something like this years ago, it would have been an invaluable resource to me.

Back when I was a chubby hubby I thought I had to go "all or nothing" with a diet or meal plan.

That it was going to be a miserable experience and I had to sacrifice and give up all my favorite foods. Have no fun and have no life.

Had a trainer or fitness guru, who already successfully accomplished the transformation I wanted for myself, came up to me and offered me a 4 page report all about this current LIYFF Meal Plan, I would have gladly paid $1000 for that knowledge...

... especially because of that knowledge I was able to transform, revitalize our marriage, and then baby Kason was soon born after!

Our happy marriage and the joy Kason brings to our lifem is easily worth 100x that $1000, had I paid it.

But you don't have to pay a cent for it. Yours free, of course, because I love you and want you to learn from my mistakes.

Would you like this cheat sheet? Email me at
Eric (at) Workouthero-ec.com or text me at (715)491-0032 and I'll zip it on over.

If you've already read my book, I'll be doing a bit of revision of it to update it but the principles there within are still the same, so worry not.

Okay, gots to go put baby Kason down for a nap and hopefully grab myself one too, we'll see :)

Today is day 1 of my version with the 5:2 Protein Diet experiment and tomorrow or Wednesday I'll report to you all about it.

Good times ahead, and well worth you getting excited about, Workout Hero.
